This show was born on a sweaty night in August 2006, when a feverish Jay Kumar finally got his act together and recorded the first episode. The show has evolved since then, with each episode now featuring Jay and a special guest talking about a topics as varied as the media, pop culture, music, or sports. In addition, each show includes a healthy dose of the rock.
